Pain management is a specialist-supervised option for multi-day tattoo projects without a fully sedated session. It's built for large work like half sleeves, full sleeves, full backs, half legs, and full legs.
We string your sessions together on back-to-back days. For example, a full arm can be done in 3 days with 2 artists working at the same time.
The IV pump
Formulated for you
Your automated IV pump delivers a mix of medications formulated specifically for you by our pain management specialists. You stay on the IV continuously for every day of your session until your piece is finished.
We can provide the full list of medications during your consultation. Pain relief varies by individual; treatment requires a medical assessment.

We stay attentive and in communication with you, often in person during your studio sessions, to make sure everything runs smoothly. We're available to answer questions and assist with your tattoo and pain management process until your tattoo is done.

How booking works
We're with you from your first call to your last session, in person or virtually depending on the city.
First call
Tell us about your project. We go over your artist, timeline expectations, and pricing expectations, then book your second call.
Second call · confirm your artist
We confirm your artist and date ranges, and reserve your dates with a deposit. Deposit details are covered on your consultation call.
Your WhatsApp group chat
Once you're booked, we add you to a WhatsApp group chat with your artists, your consultation coordinator, and your dedicated liaison, so everyone's on the same page before you arrive.
Session days
Show up to the studio with your sessions booked and deposit paid. You'll meet with our pain management specialist to set up your painless tattoo protocol. Your remaining balance is paid at the end of your sessions.
